The playable characters include: Amara the Siren, FL4K the Beastmaster, Moze the Gunner, and Zane the Operative.

Borderlands 3 is an upcoming action role-playing first-person shooter video game that is the sequel to 2012’s Borderlands 2, and the fourth main entry in the Borderlands series. Developed by Gearbox Software and published by 2K Games, Borderlands 3 is expected to released on 13 September 2019 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A Google Stadia port has been confirmed for a later release date.

Some time after Handsome Jack’s death and the fall of Hyperion, the game’s antagonists Troy and Tyreen Calypso learn of other Vaults beyond the planet Pandora, and form a violent cult named the “Children of the Vault” to gain possession of them. Lilith, one of the player characters from the first Borderlands game, recruits the player’s new “Vault Hunter” character to help stop the Calypso twins. Many characters from previous Borderlands games are set to return, including those from the spin-off game Tales from the Borderlands.

Borderlands 3 is a loot-driven first-person shooter. Players, either playing alone or in parties up to four people, make a character from one of four classes available, and take on various missions given out by non-playable characters (NPCs) and at bounty boards to gain experience, in-game monetary rewards, and reward items. Players can also gain these items by defeating enemies throughout the game. As the player gains level, they gain skills points to allocate across a skill tree. The game introduces four new playable characters: Amara, a “Siren” who summons ethereal fists; Moze, a young “Gunner” who rides the mecha Iron Bear; Zane, an “Operative” with a variety of gadgets; and FL4K, a robot “Beastmaster” who summons creatures to aid in fights. Unlike previous Borderlands games where each character had only one unique skill that operates on a cooldown, each character in the new game can unlock three unique skills, though only one (or in Zane’s case, two) can be equipped at a time, greatly expanding the number of potential character builds a player can make.

Build Updates:
3.9 Changes:

– Added a new leveling gear section and a new leveling tree! The item set can be changed using a drop down menu right above weapon 1. The leveling tree can be changed using a drop down menu just to the right of the Patreon button when viewing the tree!

– I do not recommend this as a league starter, the Cospri’s Malices will almost always prove quite expensive and extremely hard to find early league. I highly recommend making this as a second character once you have earned up some currency.

– Use any relevant Awakened Support gems you can get your hands on!

– Wave of Conviction has been added to our CWDT support at a low level. This will automatically lower our enemies resistance occasionally during fights.

– Due to the potential difficulty finding Shaper/Elder gear the rings and belt have been swapped out for new items. All of the new additions being rare options!

– Several small changes were made to the skill tree in order to optimize dps and life.

3.8 Changes:

– If you want to go hyper defensive you can consider dropping Hatred for Discipline and then picking up a Watcher’s Eye with the stat “+X Energy Shield gained for each Enemy Hit while affected by Discipline. This will give you a really solid boost to your survivability in all situations, especially when mapping!Thank you to user Shafi for this combo.

– If you’re using rare gloves you can consider utilizing a 4 link of Vortex – Bonechill – Unbound Ailments – Arcane Surge at a low level. This setup will give us a nice dps boost against enemies hit by the Vortex. You will however have to make some sacrifices defensively by dropping the steelskin setup. Thank you to user Indeed317 and user Wudude for an alternative dps based glove setup for the build.

– Inspiration support is a fantastic alternative to hypothermia, as it adds plenty of elemental damage, additional critical strike chance and reduces the cost of cyclone further. You can also gain a huge amount of AoE by replacing concentrated effect with inspiration/energy leech support. However you will suffer a reasonable dps loss with that swap.

– We already have life leech in the build via blood drinker and Atziri’s promise. However you may want to pick up additional life leech either on a rare amulet with the stat “% of cold damage leeched as life” or on our boots with the enchantment “% of damage leeched as life if you’ve killed recently”.

– We are immune to stun while cycloning, making the helmet enchant that provides stun avoidance much less useful.

– In regard to the leveling weapon section, you cannot wield a Lifesprig with either of the two sceptres. You’ll need to either dual wield two wands or two sceptres. You can’t mix the two unfortunately.

– Loreweave is a guaranteed six socket and cannot be used with jewellers touch. It will be relatively easy to 5 link with a decent number of fusings however.
